Southport took full advantage of our client’s expansive lot to build this stunning luxury home. We created ample room for an extended family to visit and socialize, as well as multiple areas for career-focused entertaining. All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. Through our trusted alliances with contractors, trades and suppliers, we ensured a seamless execution from start to finish.
Leaside Bungalow Conversion
Affordable luxury in a coveted neighbourhood
We were delighted to update this 1929 bungalow with a large footprint into a beautifully crafted living space for a modern family lifestyle. Keeping three walls intact, we built an addition on the front and expanded the second floor to maximize the living area. Our focus was on family-friendly functional features, including an expansive kitchen and living room overlooking a private backyard.
Mt Pleasant Home Rebuild
Where traditional charm meets modern aesthetic
This 1920s Mt. Pleasant home had declined to the point where it needed a complete rebuild, including structural framework, plumbing and electrical upgrade. Our construction and design experience, coupled with our attention to detail, helped us create an all-inclusive master plan and bring it to life in collaboration with our trusted building partners. The end result is an excellent starter home for a young professional couple want to move from a condo into an established neighbourhood to start their family.

Open concept living in a traditional home creates lots of personality
In a home lived in by the same family for two generations, a warren of rooms needed to be opened up to let in sunshine and allow for a better flow of movement. We renovated the second floor to include two children’s bedrooms, an office and a laundry room. We turned the third floor into a spectacular master suite with an ensuite bathroom and private rooftop deck. We lowered the basement to create a play and party space. Our client, a stay-at-home mum with middle-school-age kids, appreciated the open layout, modern design and extensive storage space throughout the house.
